Design in Dingle is an annual creative festival held in the scenic port town of Dingle, on Ireland’s southwest coast. The festival’s branding reflects the town’s rich culture, heritage, and natural beauty. The logotype is modern and experimental, featuring a customized "G" inspired by Dingle's mascot, Fungie the Dolphin. The typeface used is ‘Crake’ by Narrow Type. Abstract shapes throughout the branding are drawn from aerial views of Dingle's rugged cliffs, bay, and historic sites. The design captures the essence of Ireland without relying on traditional Celtic motifs, offering a contemporary and authentic representation of Dingle's unique heritage. The project included brand expression and identity.
