Mybrid is a business communication platform designed to reframe hybrid working by prioritising individuality and flexibility in the workplace. Developed with a focus on those who work from home due to physical circumstances, Mybrid emphasises the importance of mental capabilities over physical presence in workplace performance. The platform addresses presenteeism by ensuring all employees are visually represented equally and individually, fostering a sense of inclusion and combating biases against remote work. Through dynamic, colour-coded user profiles and interactive features, Mybrid empowers workers to thrive in a hybrid work environment, valuing quality over quantity in their contributions. Mybrid allows the user to feel valued no matter where or how they are seated. The project included brand identity, interface design and an accompanying campaign.
